These one of a kind, handcrafted items are made to order, ensuring each item is unique. Due to each item being ‘freshly’ handcrafted, we need a 3-week manufacturing lead time, once payment reflects.
Our designs are organic and individually handcrafted, therefore sizes given are guidelines only.
DELIVERIES AND RETURNS
Deliveries will take place within time frames set out below; in most cases 2-3 working days after the order has been placed and payment reflects.
SOUTH AFRICAN DELIVERIES
Courier costs range from R85 upwards for small parcels (allow 1 to 3 days for delivery in main centres and 3 to 5 days in outlying areas)
We do provide tracking for your parcel which will be sent to you when the order has been processed. Tracking this parcel can be done with The Courier Guy directly at https://thecourierguy.pperfect.com/. (The notification ‘on-board’ means that it will be delivered that day.)
Online Shop parcels are not insured during The Courier Guy shipping

Please note that any additional import customs charges or taxes are your responsibility, we will not be held responsible for hold-ups at customs or for any other fees charges that may occur.
REFUND & RETURN POLICY
Online shop items may be returned within 10 days of purchase; they MUST be in unused, unaltered, undamaged condition to qualify for a refund or exchange. Returns for online purchases MUST be shipped in the original Park Lane Jewels packaging, prepaid and insured with signature confirmation. Please contact us should you want to return an item and we will advise you of the details.
Once the returned item arrives at Park Lane Jewels, it will be inspected for alterations, wear, and/or damage. If the piece is returned in its original condition, we will initiate a refund to the credit card/bank account on which the purchase was made. The refund amount will be calculated as the difference between the price of the item (and VAT, if any) minus the original shipping costs. Please note that the original shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount even if it was initially paid by Park Lane Jewels (i.e. complimentary per the Shipping Policy).
Returns will be processed within one business day of receipt; an email confirmation will be sent once the refund has been initiated. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to reflect on your account.
NOTE: Custom or special orders may not be returned or exchanged unless it is defective or damaged.
